We will do everything possible to make your stay most enjoyable. To ensure you will have a very pleasant experience at Frisco Street Bed and Breakfast, we have established the following policies. Please take a few minutes to review these policies, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
The room rates include double occupancy and a full breakfast. Rates are quoted per night excluding tax. A $20.00 fee is charged for each additional guest. Reduced rates for single occupancy, long term stays or business accounts (Sunday through Thursday) are available. Some high season, holiday or special event weekends may require a 2-night stay.
A 50% deposit or an accepted credit card is required for a confirmed reservation. A full refund will be made for a cancellation received ten days prior to the reservation date. Your deposit, less $20.00 service charge, will be refunded in the event of cancellation up to five days prior to the reservation date. Last minutes cancellations will not be refunded, however, you will be issued a credit for future use. Visa, Master Card, personal checks or cash will be accepted.
Check-in time is between 4:00–6:00 PM. Please notify us if you need to make arrangements for an earlier or later arrival time.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
A full breakfast is served at 8:30 AM Monday through Friday and at 9:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
Please let us know of any food allergies or dislikes.
At Frisco Street Bed & Breakfast, we are proud to offer a peaceful, romantic atmosphere. We therefore respectfully request no children or pets. The innkeepers’ cat is confined to the owners’ quarters.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we offer smoking on your private balcony or the veranda only.
The Frisco Street Bed & Breakfast is open year round.
